Kicking off there career in 2007, when on New Years eve they played alongside famous New Zealand bands The Tutts and Motocade.  1995 are close group of friends and musicians that since their New Years debut have played alongside bands such as The DHDFD’s, Thought Creature, Mean street, The Have, The Coshercot Honeys and Batman Tiddabades.

They have featured in NO. magazine, had two interviews on Alt TV, two live clips on Alt TV and appeared in the Sunday magazine.

Their influences include; These New Puritans, Les Savy Fav,

Interpol, O Children, Wu Tang, Nirvana, Kyuss, The Chameleons, Sonic Youth,vJesus and Mary Chain, The Sonics, Steven Morris, Marvin Gaye and The Mystery Jets.
